1. Personal information we collect about you and how we use it
1.1. Information you give to us: We collect personal information about you when you voluntarily submit information directly to us by filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone, email, or otherwise. Personal information is data that identifies or is associated with you and includes information you provide when you register to use our website, use our platform, enter a competition, promotion, or survey, report a problem with our website, or use some other feature of our services. The table in Annex 1 sets out the categories of personal information you provide to us.
1.2. Information we receive from other sources: In order to enhance our ability to provide our services or update our records we may obtain information about you from third party sources such as subcontractors in technical, payment, and delivery services, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies, public databases, social media platforms, data providers.
1.3. We automatically collect personal information about you indirectly about how you access and use our service and information about the device you use to access our services. This information includes device ID or unique identifier, device type, geolocation info, and computer and connection information. We also collect personal information using cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies, which provide information about the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take on our services within our advertising or e-mail content. The table in Annex 2 sets out the categories of personal information we collect automatically.
1.4. We may supplement the personal information we collect with information from third parties and add it to your account information. For example, we may collect and use demographic information that is publicly available, additional contact information, credit check information, and information from credit bureaus, as allowed by applicable national laws.
1.5. We may link or combine the personal information we collect and/or receive about you and the information we collect automatically. This allows us to provide you with a personalized experience regardless of how you interact with us.
1.6. We may anonymize and aggregate any of the personal information we collect (so that you are not personally identified). We may use anonymized information for purposes that include testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, improving our services, and developing new products and features. We may also share such anonymized information with others.
2. Disclosure of your personal information
2.1. We do not sell your personal information. We share your personal information with third parties, such as our business partners, affiliates, and third-party service providers, only as follows:

We have written agreements with all such third parties and they are not permitted to use your information or Business Data for any purpose other than to deliver the relevant services in a professional manner, and consistent with their legal, regulatory and other obligations.
3. Your rights regarding your personal information
3.1. Under applicable data and privacy protection laws and our policies, you have several basic rights regarding the personal information that we process about you. Here are your specific rights:
3.1.1. Right to Know. You have the right to request disclosure of what personal information we collect about you, how we collected to the information, how we use it, who we disclose it to, if it is sold and who we have sold it to. You may exercise this right by submitting a verified consumer request as set forth in section 3.2. This right only extends to personal information that we have collected in the 12 months preceding your request.
3.1.2. Right to Transfer. The right to receive the personal information we process about you in a commonly used format and to have it transferred to another data controller based on your consent. This may be done through submitting a verified consumer request as set forth in section 3.2.
3.1.3. Right to Correct. The right to correct your personal information without undue delay where that personal information is inaccurate or incomplete.
3.1.4. Right to Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete any personal information that we have collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. You may exercise this right by submitting a verified consumer request as set forth in section 3.2. We may deny your request for deletion under certain circumstances as allowed under the law.
3.1.5. Right to Restriction. The right to restrict our processing of some or all of your personal information in certain circumstances.
3.1.6. Right to Opt-Out. You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. Westside Habitats does not sell your information to third parties.
3.1.7. Right to Close your Account. The right to request that we close your account.
3.1.8. Right to Non-Discriminatory Treatment. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of the rights listed above.
3.2. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, please contact us by using our privacy request webform at CAPP@whab.com or by calling us at (844) 479-1889. We will honor the requests you make related to your rights as the law allows, which means, in some cases, there may be legal or other legitimate reasons that we may not be able to address the specific request you make. You do not have to pay any fees to exercise your rights. We will respond to your request within 45 days, although it may take longer under certain circumstances. We will verify your request using the information associated with your account or other information that is held by us, including your email address. Only you or a designated authorized agent can exercise these rights on your behalf. You may, however, make a request on behalf of your child.
3.3. Authorized agent information. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf under the California Consumer Privacy Act. In order to allow an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, please email us at CAPP@whab.com to provide your written request and consent to an authorized agent. When your authorized agent makes a request related to your personal information, we will require the agent to provide the above written permission. We may also require that you verify your own identity directly with us at the time such a request is made.
4. Do Not Track Disclosures
4.1. Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to online services you visit. Note, however, there is no industry consensus as to what site and app operators should do with regard to these signals. Accordingly, we do not monitor or take action with respect to “Do Not Track” signals or other mechanisms. More information about “Do Not Track” is available at www.allaboutdnt.org.
5. Marketing and advertising
5.1. From time to time, we may contact you with information about our services and our other products. Most messages will be sent electronically. For some messages, we may use the personal information we collect about you to help us determine the most relevant information to share with you.
5.2. If you do not want to receive such messages from us, you will be able to opt-out by selecting certain boxes on forms we use when we first collect your contact details. You can also change your marketing preferences at any time by following the email preferences link at the bottom of our emails.
5.3. Even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications by email, we may still send you service communications or important transactions information related to your accounts and subscriptions for the a variety of business purposes such as providing consumer support.
6. Storing and transferring your personal information
6.1. Security. We are committed to protecting the security of any personal information you provide to us. As such, we use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect any such information you submit. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone.
6.2. While no transmission of information via the internet is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our website; any transmission is at your own risk. 7.1.
