If there is a medical emergency, noise disturbance, theft, vandalism, fire, assault, or similar type of emergency please call 911 immediately.
If you have an emergency maintenance situation such as a drain backup, no electricity, no water, broken pipe, etc., please call the 24-hour emergency maintenance line: (310) 923-5111.
ALL OTHER REQUESTS
For all other maintenance situations please submit a maintenance request via email directly to your property manager. Please do not forget to include a detailed description of the request, your name, unit number, contact number, etc.
If our maintenance staff has your permission to enter without your presence, please include that information as well in your request. Thank you.
